Refillable Rustic Leather Pocket Traveler's Notebook

No confirmation except from PayPal. It took them almost two weeks to reply to my (second) email. I was given a DPD tracking number which DPD claimed was invalid. No reply when I asked them about it.

Actual color does NOT match the pictures.
The pen loop was way too tight for my pen. I decided to darken the leather with some olive oil, but it didn’t work on the strap at all.
The strap is obviously made from a different, cheaper kind of leather than the rest of the cover.

Extremely poor communication, borderline faulty item which required some work on my part once I got it.

This my first time to buy from this store and definitely will be the last

If a minus 10 stars was possible I would give it. Since this is just a different color of the product above it will get the same rating "The leather that this item is made from has a smell so awful that I get ill merely imagining what its origin might be. So much so that I don't even want to open the package that it came in much less touch it or use it because it stinks up the room for a considerable period of time after a mere moments exposure to the air. I don't know how someone could seriously sell this item without a warning accompanying the "product." I would only be satisfied with a complete refund and no requirement of return because, to be perfectly honest, I don't want to touch this thing again. The item is worse than useless, I feel the need to get an EPA toxic waste disposal permit to rid myself of this thing. "
